General Requirements

Valid Identity Documentation
Valid government issued identification is required as part of the application.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
A high school diploma, GED, or recognized equivalent.
Parent or Guardian Approval
Applicants under the age of 18 must submit written parental or guardian approval where required.
Transfer Documentation
Transfer applicants should provide official transcripts and prior clock hour documentation for evaluation.
